Andrew Lazare
Andrew is the founder and Managing Director of Mint Property Finance.
He previously founded Urban Logic (Holdings) Limited which was sold in 2006 for over £7M.
Throughout his career, Andrew has won a number of prestigious awards including the Special Contribution award by North West Business Insider Magazine and Entrepreneur of the Year by EN Magazine.
Lewis Jones
Lewis is an experienced investment manager with a strong background in pensions
and asset management. He specialises in building and overseeing diversified
portfolios, managing risk, and delivering long-term value for clients.
With deep expertise in financial growth and institutional investments, Lewis works
closely with pension funds, trusts, companies, and individual clients to develop
strategies that align with their financial objectives.
Paul Wertheim
Paul comes from a family of successful property investors and has been personally involved in the property investment market for over thirty years.
His experience ranges from simple buy-to-let transactions to more complicated commercial investments.
Prior to joining Mint Property Finance, Paul held a senior operations role within a Manchester based law firm which specialises in bridging finance.
Richard Showman
Rick joined in 2015, bringing a long history in the short-term finance sector. As a qualified Chartered Surveyor he also has extensive experience in property, ensuring Mint Property Finance can fully underwrite the widest possible range of loans. As Head of Lending he has oversight of all loans from enquiry to redemption.
